Ben Hughes wants to change the world through music. He is a multifaceted talent renowned for his prodigious guitar skills and boundless energy. He has toured with the likes of Tommy Emmanuel CGP, Fleetwood Mac, Mel C and a number of artists. Over his career, he has excelled as a writer, artist developer, and session musician, contributing his expertise on tour and within the world-famous Parr Street Recording Studios complex in Liverpool for over a decade. His dynamic range and adaptability have enabled him to expand his operations internationally, leveraging a vast network of contacts and a diverse skill set.

Ben’s technical prowess and electrifying performances have earned him a reputation as one of the industry's most gifted guitarists. Whether on stage or in the studio, Ben's energy and creativity make him a sought-after collaborator. In addition to his musical talents, Ben has significantly contributed as an artist developer, working with various labels to nurture emerging artists and help them navigate the music industry. His influence on the Liverpool music scene is particularly noteworthy, where he has shaped the careers of many local talents.

Ben's commitment extends beyond performance and artist development. In 2016, he was honoured as a TEDx speaker, sharing his insights on creativity and resilience in the music industry. One of his most impactful projects was as the Musical Director of the Boat of Hope campaign, which raised £1 million for mental health awareness, showcasing his leadership and dedication to social causes. Ben also serves as a course tutor at LMA, imparting his knowledge to the next generation of musicians. His teaching philosophy emphasises practical skills, industry insights, and personal growth, preparing students for successful careers in music.
